In the punching section, the Q35Y-25 65 ton ironworker is equipped with a 1200KN hydraulic punching system and features a 400mm throat depth, offering exceptional punching power and depth. It can achieve a maximum punching capacity of Ø35×25mm or Ø50×18mm (diameter × thickness) and delivers up to 26 cycles per minute (based on a 20mm stroke). With a working height of 1065mm, it ensures comfortable operation and stable precision for medium-volume production tasks.

handles up to 160×160×14mm (90℃) and 60×60×6mm (45℃) profiles with ease;

In addition, the Q35Y-25 65 ton ironworker provides robust notching and bending capabilities, including rectangular notching (57×100×14mm), standard and large vee-notching (up to 145×145×12mm), along with 250×20mm single-vee and 600×5mm multi-vee press brakes. It also supports pipe notching for Ø100mm joints, enabling a broad range of fabrication operations.

Constructed from Q345 high-strength steel, the machine features a rigid, vibration-resistant welded frame and weighs 3800 kg, with overall dimensions of 2200×1000×2000mm. It is powered by a 7.5 kW motor and a dual-cylinder hydraulic system with overload protection, ensuring stable, reliable performance under heavy loads. User-friendly features such as a stroke control with scale, hydraulic cylinder indicators, electric back gauge, movable work light, emergency stop switch, and an intelligent fault identification system are all included-delivering a safe, efficient, and seamless metalworking experience.
